PSA to THOSE patients. Nurses are not your servants. They are educated, highly trained and competent professionals providing evidence based and person centred health care. You gotta give respect to get respect. Hospitals are not a Bed and Breakfast. Ambulances are not a taxi. The Emergency Departments are for emergencies.
